We will also send an email blast to our membership as well as publicize through social media. Once the job is posted, feel free to follow us or like us on Facebook and LinkedIn and share our post from each medium about your job ad to extend your reach much further. The Associate Registrar – Recruitment and Admissions is a full-time continuing position, and part of the Registrar management team. The successful candidate will have particular responsibility for Student Recruitment, Institutional Relations, Domestic and International Admissions, Inbound and Outbound Student Exchange, and PLAR (Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition) and Adult Learner Services.
This position leads and manages a diverse team of staff from departments identified as core to the recruitment and admissions stages in an overall enrolment management process. They will be responsible and accountable for policy input, marketing strategies, personnel and process management, and strategic plan execution, for recruitment and admission of domestic and international undergraduate students, with a shared responsibility for transition and retention.
