- Bill has been instrumental in the careers of many of the colleagues you see here today and in the tools we use in our work.
- He spent much of his career at the University of Texas @Austin, building a life with his wife Rhonda and raising a family. He also founded and directed the Foreign Credential Service of America.
- Dr. William J. (Bill) Paver has spent his career giving to and giving back to international credential evaluation and admissions. This includes his service and leadership to AACRAO, TOEFL, IIE, and the National Council on the Evaluation of Foreign Education Credentials.
- Bill’s initiative and efforts in the creation of the Electronic Database for Global Education and the support of the Paver Family Foundation is a lasting legacy for our profession and association.
